Shipping and Production Timeline
All Goode Water Skis are handmade, and production times vary. Shipping times do not include production time. For current production lead times, please contact Goode customer service.
Shipping estimates on the checkout page are provided by a third-party tool and suggest 2–8 business days for domestic delivery, excluding production time. For faster delivery, choose an expedited shipping option.
*Note: FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes.*
Return and Demo Policies
Dealer Purchases
For returns and warranty claims on products purchased through authorized Goode dealers, please process the return or warranty through Goode with original proof of purchase from authorized dealer.
Water Ski Demo Returns
Our 21-day demo program allows customers to try out full-priced, new skis purchased from Goode or an approved third party. You have 21 days from the delivery date to decide if you’d like to keep or return the ski. To initiate a return, contact Goode for an RMA number. The full purchase price, minus a $200 demo fee and any shipping/handling costs, will be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns on All Other Goods
Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs, provided the items meet the following criteria:
- New, unused, and unaltered
- Not a clearance or GoodeDealz item
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed after the product is received in new condition.
Return Policy Summary
1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact customer service for a return authorization.
- Securely package the item with the original packing slip or proof of purchase and ship it to the provided address.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
