I hope you are having a great summer and able to get on the water
often to enjoy the great sport of water skiing!
Dawn and I traveled to Northern California last weekend to ski in a
Record Tournament at Liquid Zone, near Sacramento. It is a beautiful
site and we were pleased to see the number of young skiers competing.
Regional and National Competitions are just around the corner for
many skiers. We wish everyone great success.
TUSCALOOSA, AL - Karina Nowlan (AUS) rode her GOODE 9800SL
and PowerShell boots to victory at the 4th stop of the MasterCraft
Pro Tour. This was Karina's 2nd pro tour victory having just won
the 3rd stop.
2007 World Champion, Nicole Arthur (SCT), finished 2nd place.
"Nicole has been using GOODE PowerShell boots for many
years, but just switched to the GOODE 9800SL two weeks
before this event.", said Dave Goode.
"You could really see the advantages that Karina and Nicole had
over the other competitors with their GOODE 9800SL and
PowerShell boot combination.", Goode continues.
"We have many of the top women using the 9800SL, but only
Karina and Nicole are using the PowerShell Boot System. The men
have it figured out and understand the advantages of the GOODE
PowerShell Boots. Last year, 7 of the top 10 skiers in the World
were using PowerShells.", Goode concludes.
OGDEN, UT - While many water skiers are enjoying the heat of
summer, here in Utah, snow skiing is just a small hike away.
Snowbasin Ski Resort hosted its annual 4th of July snow ski
race which attracted over 100 competitors.
Pictured to the right is GOODE's snow ski product
manager, Oliver Zeh, along with Kristy Nelson. Oliver won the
event skiing on his GOODE Carbon 68 racing skis.
In a different type of event, Backcountry.com owner, Jim
Holland, decided to enter a race on a pair of GOODE
Randonee Racing snow skis - but he raced on the pavement!
