Yes, you read that right. You'll talk to a Goode employee with an average customer service tenure of 18 years. This isn't a phone bank in some remote location—our Customer Service people work side by side with other staff right here in Ogden, Utah.

You'll talk to one of our helpful staff—Mary, Rick, Chris, Oliver, all of them—they are all dedicated to getting you answers, helping you out, solving a problem, hearing a complaint. Whatever it takes to make sure your shopping experience with Goode is the best possible.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know—we will make it right. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA#) number and return the product on a timely basis in the same condition in which it was received. That's it—no fine print and no hassle.
