Chris Parrish earned his first victory of the 2014 season as he led the way for a Team GOODE trifecta at the Malibu Pro-Am Atlanta Memorial Day at Whitestone Lakes.

Chris scored 3.5 buoys at 41 to take the title by a half-buoy edge over top seed Will Asher. Team GOODE’s Freddie Winter took fourth with 1.5 buoys at 41.

“I had Asher behind me and that is one guy you can’t count out,” said Chris. “He’s a truly great athlete and a real competitor. Getting a piece of four ball (at 41 off) at a pro tournament is huge and to know I won with that score is very gratifying.”

Regina Jaquess skied to within reach of her own world record to take the Women’s slalom title with 1.5 buoys at 41 off. The win possibly marks the beginning of a new winning streak for Regina, coming just a day after her more than two-plus year winning streak ended at the Masters.

In Master Men’s, Team GOODE’s Jeremy Newby-Ricci took first with 2 buoys at 41, while his fellow Team GOODE skier Dave Miller snagged second with 1.5 buoys at the same line length.
