Great Britain’s Jeremy Newby-Ricci topped France’s Thierry Malhomme in the head-to-head final to take the title at last weekend’s Nautique Big Dawg World Tour’s European stop in Baurech, France.
Jeremy rode his Goode Nano to scores of 3, 1-1/2, and 2 buoys at 41-feet off during the final three rounds to earn the win. Fellow Goode skier Fabrizio Merlo from Italy took third.
Next weekend Fenton, Mich., will host the final stop on the Big Dawg World Tour prior to the finals, which take place during the Goode Water Ski National Championships in West Palm Beach, Fla., Aug. 15-16. Goode skier Todd Ristorcelli is the series’ defending champion.
